The founders of GymJam were so annoyed they wanted to do something about it. They got particularly annoyed after signing up for a celebrities “90-day program”, that you think is all about you and specialist, but when a program comes back that’s identical except for a name change from a 45 year old male compared to a 28 year old female, you start asking questions.
GymJam was born out of the love of sport, when Jonathan, one of the founders always reminds himself he never regrets going for a run ,or doing a skipping session, but he does always regret it when he doesn’t go.Â
But, when you’ve been working hard, maybe had a beer, there are mornings when frankly you just say to yourself, “ah sod it, I’ll go tomorrow”…. and then tomorrow comes round and you have a meeting to get to, so before you know it, you’ve missed several days and then it’s a week.
But, imagine, receiving an SMS, wishing you well on your run in the morning? And a follow up SMS asking how it went?
